RATES & INSURANCE

OVERVIEW

FamilyCare Counseling Solutions currently accepts Kentucky Medicaid, some major Commercial Insurance, as well as Self-Pay options. Insurance coverage varies, fees may be covered or reduced based on contract rates. We ask that you contact your insurance provider to understand your coverage options. If you do not have insurance or services are not covered, we do offer the best pricing in the Northern Kentucky area to help you meet your goals. Self-Pay psychotherapy services are provided on a private pay, fee-for-service basis.

CANCELATION POLICY:

  • Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you can't make your appointment. If you miss your appointment and/or fail to notify us within 24 hours, there is a $50 cancelation fee.

  • Do my insurance benefits include mental health services?

  • What is the coverage amount per therapy session?

  • Will I be required to pay a copay?

  • Is there a limit to the number of sessions per year my plan covers?

  • What is my deductible?
